When Paul and Tamsin were expecting their first baby they decided to leave London where they both loved for most of their adult lives and move to the country. The couple spent close to a year exploring some of the home counties that included Surrey Sussex and Kent. One weekday Paul decided to take a closer look at Lewes and surrounding villages and drove to East Sussex. On his return, he waxed lyrical about this perfect spot, and on a subsequent visit together they agreed to pull up sticks and move. Before long particulars of a house in Kingston just a few miles south of Lewes came up. 'It was then we discovered 'The Street' and decided unequivocally that this was the place for us!' Tamsin recalls.
