In a long narrow lot, Martin Gomez Architect Studio designed this house with a view of the sea. In this house, the living room, the kitchen and a terrace are located on the upper floor to favour the views. The private area of the bedrooms was designed on the ground floor. The decoration is simple and modern with some designed pieces of furniture. The woodwork was also designed by the architecture studio. Large windows, raw concrete walls and stone walls are characteristic of the innovating architecture style promoted by Martin Gomez that set a trend in this area.
